Flittens Maine Coons is a
small home-based Cattery in Vernon, NY.
(Just east of Syracuse). After years
of raising a houseful of lively children, we
decided to fill our hearts and empty nest
with these Gentle Giants. We began
showing in the Premiership class in 2000 and
registered our Cattery with CFA in 2002.
Our Cattery is our home, our females and
neuters have free run of the house, and our
breeding males share a spacious room of
their own. Our litters are raised
underfoot with lots of socialization and
attention from the day they are born.
Our
breeding cats are DNA and Echocardiogram
tested for HCM, as well as being Feline
Leukemia and Feline Aids tested. |

Although
we have had lots of success in the show
environment with multiple Regional Awards
and Grand Champions on our cats and kittens;
our greatest reward comes from breeding
healthy cats with wonderful personalities.
Our lives are greatly enriched by living
with our Maine Coons, and we thoroughly
enjoy raising kittens to be loving
companions for others. We also enjoy
sharing our knowledge of this breed, and
welcome cattery visits by anyone interested
in Maine Coons. Our gang just loves
showing off for company.
